Tyler Florence's son, Miles Florence, is officially married!

On Tuesday, June 2, the Food Network star, 55, revealed that his oldest son, whom he shares with ex-wife Christie Lear, got married to his longtime girlfriend, Madelyn Suennen, three days prior in a ceremony held in Healdsburg, Calif.

“Join me in wishing Miles and Maddy a long and loving life together,” Tyler wrote on Instagram alongside a photo from the sweet wedding ceremony.

The chef also emphasized that he and wife Tolan Florence are "thrilled to welcome Maddy to the family.”

Tyler, who also shares kids Hayden and Dorothy with wife Tolan, went on to share the “father's toast” he wrote for his son and new daughter-in-law in the social media post.

“One of the biggest secrets we adults must bravely share with our children — besides the true identity of the gentleman from the North Pole — is that we have no idea what we're doing,” the toast reads. “There is no roadmap. No book in the glove box that prepares you for life. Every decision, every day, is a coin toss.”

“Try to be a better partner. A better communicator. Better at deciding through trial and error — figuring out what works, what makes you happy, what gives you a sense of pride,” the toast continues. “And if you can manage to live your life and not get eaten by a bear in the woods — well, we stack these decisions together into a little thing we adults like to call wisdom."

The toast goes on to express that Tyler's wedding gift to Miles and Maddy involves “three nuggets of wisdom” to offer them courage and hope when times are less than ideal.

The first nugget of wisdom relates to self-assurance, serving as a reminder to “have confidence in your abilities, your judgement, and your worth — to yourselves and to each other.” The second encourages the couple to remain honest and “give each other your whole heart and your whole mouth.”

Finally, Tyler's final piece of wisdom is a reminder of love with a message that reads, “That unspoken, almost spiritual connection. Your partner in crime. Your tender shoulder. Where you finish each other's sentences — and dream, build, protect, and cherish.”
