The Valley: Persian Style has picked up major ratings, and it’s not a surprise. This cast has been bringing friendship feuds, relationship drama, and all-around gossip each and every week. Think Shahs of Sunset, 2.0. We’re not even halfway into the season, so buckle up and enjoy the ride.

The sixth episode has arrived and it picks up after last week’s dinner and a show. Sky made a lot of enemies among the cast after going on a rant about wanting to move. Can this friend group make amends? Here’s everything that happened on The Valley: Persian Style Episode 5, “Desert Storm”.

Persian night continues and Sky has just stormed off from the dining table and instantly starts packing. While Bamshad says that she acted out of character, he doesn’t make any effort to chase after her. Finally, though, he comes to his senses and goes to check on her. By then, she’s over it and calls everyone “pieces of sh*t”. They quietly leave the villa without saying goodbye.

This exit brings the chaotic dinner to an end, and Reza and his date Courtney retire to his bedroom. Golnessa and Adam sneak and try to get a peak of the two from his bedroom window. And, let’s just say, the heat didn’t die down after Sky left.

Morning comes and Courtney is still at the house. Adam and GG take time to get to know her and give their stamp of approval. It was a big waste of time, though, as RJ says that he had fun, but he’s already done with their relationship. Yikes. But hey, he did say that he’s a retiring playboy. It takes time.

Back at home, Sky is fuming with Bamshad for not sticking up for her at the dinner table. He admits that he froze and regrets it, but that doesn’t make it right. She feels abandoned when she needs backup and her husband doesn’t step up. Bamshad’s been complaining that they’ve been sleeping in separate rooms, and it doesn’t look like that arrangement is changing anytime soon.

GG goes house hunting and finds a 5-bedroom palace, complete with a gasp-worthy closet and a pool. It’s also close in distance to everyone … and less than a mile away from Dennis.

Speaking of Dennis, GG knows that she needs his help to get back on her feet. After all, this house is for lease for $14,000 a month and that’s currently way over budget.

She decides to pay her ex-husband a visit at his office and takes Amir along as her attorney/bodyguard. Despite their blowup at Palm Springs that caused him to leave, he welcomes the idea of them working together again with open arms. Crisis averted (for now).

Meanwhile, we finally see MJ head in for work and it’s cameo time! She sits down for a meeting with Mauricio Umansky, her charismatic boss at The Agency. Her goal is to make $1 million in real estate sales and with his help, she can definitely get there.

She says that she wants to make Mauricio proud, and he equally wants to see her flourish. It looks like some chemistry there? They are both separated, after all.

RJ tries to put the pieces back together

Everyone has recovered from the hot mess of Palm Springs except for Tanin and Sky. Their friendship was put in hot water and neither one is taking the first step in reaching out. Tanin is upset that Sky literally discounted her support of her jewelry brand and Sky can’t get over the fact that Tanin ran and gossiped to Reza in the first place.

RJ is fed up with the idea that they would let their 5-year friendship fall apart over one argument. So, he sits down with Sky for lunch. After complaining about the restaurant, which naturally doesn’t fit her high standards, she says that she’s not going to be close with Tanin again. She no longer trusts her and is fine being done with her and Greg altogether.

Refusing to let up, RJ calls for another sit-down meeting, but this time he has a trick up his sleeve. Sky arrives and is enjoying herself, not knowing an ambush is coming. The waiter soon drops the bomb that there’s a third person joining them, and Sky instantly knows what’s up.

On que, Tanin arrives and they both look out for blood. This doesn’t look like it’s going to end well.

The Valley: Persian Style airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream on Peacock the next day.
