Miley Cyrus celebrated her new “Bass Persuades” remix by sharing highlights from a party on September 12.
The “Flowers” singer posed in a tiny black minidress with a sheer lace underboob cutout.
Cyrus also appeared to show off a slightly lighter blonde hair color with dark roots.
Miley Cyrus is embracing her edgy Bass Persuades style era as she teases her latest album. Proving that she’s fully leaving the ‘80s-coded aesthetic that’s reminiscent of her 2025 Something Beautiful album behind her, the “Party in the U.S.A.” singer was in celebration mode as she danced in a slinky black slip dress with a daring sheer lace underboob cutout over the weekend.

Fresh off the success of her title track, Cyrus announced a “Bass Persuades” remix on September 12 by sharing highlights from a party at Chateau Marmont. “BP remixx was hitting at my Chateau party… made me think I should drop it next! ❤️” she captioned her photo dump.
The Hannah Montana actress appeared to show off a white-blonde hair transformation with rock n’ roll-coded dark roots as she lounged on a dark brown leather couch, perched on a piano bench, and hit the dance floor with some balloons and a glass of champagne in hand. Cyrus continued her recent all-black style streak with a strappy black minidress that featured a completely sheer lace bodice, except for a strategically placed strip of black material over her chest.

The “Flowers” singer’s thigh-length bodycon skirt was also made out of solid black fabric, contrasting a sheer lace underboob panel. She finished off her look with black tights and black stilettos. Cyrus styled her platinum blonde hair in messy middle-parted waves, framing her face with curtain bangs. She added some shine with layers of dainty necklaces and gold hoop earrings.

Cyrus—who is engaged to Maxx Morando—recently announced that she is dropping her last name, signaling a new personal and professional era for the star.
She hinted that her love story with Morando influenced her upcoming album, telling actress Daryl Hannah in a July interview with Wonderland magazine, “This album is a love story, but love stories are never one-dimensional. They’re always layered. There is definitely a romantic thread weaving through it because, like all my records, it’s a reflection of where I am in my life. But this one feels especially meaningful because this feeling has stayed with me through multiple eras.”
“That’s something I hadn’t really experienced before,” she explained. “A peaceful kind of love has become a theme across my last three records. Not just the love I share with someone else, but the love I’ve found for myself.”
