Meghan Markle is continuing to celebrate Prince Harry‘s special day.
Meghan, 45, marked Harry’s 42nd birthday on Tuesday, Sept. 15, by sharing a new post on her personal Instagram page, showing the Duke of Sussex driving a car in the countryside.
The Duchess of Sussex posted the clip on her Instagram Stories, showing Harry looking excited in the driver’s seat, as Meghan panned the camera around to him after initially focusing on the greenery in front of them.
“Happy birthday!” Meghan wrote across the video in capital letters, as “Stick Season” by Noah Kahan played in the background.

The Duchess of Sussex’s video came after she shared a birthday tribute for her husband on Instagram earlier on Tuesday, with the post featuring multiple family photos.
The clip opened with a black-and-white shot of Harry. The montage also featured him with the couple’s 7-year-old son, Prince Archie, appearing to set up a game of archery with balloons.
The video also included the family’s Labrador retriever, Pula, a photo of Harry skiing with his daughter Princess Lilibet, 5, and a video of them driving through greenery. Harry was seen kissing Lilibet while sitting behind Meghan in another shot.

A different black-and-white shot showed Harry and Meghan kissing in a vineyard, while The Hound + The Fox’s cover of “Simply the Best” played in the background of the post.
Meghan — who has been sharing multiple family memories on social media since relaunching her Instagram account in early 2025 — captioned the montage, “He’s simply the best,” adding, “Happy birthday, my love ❤️”
Prince Harry’s birthday comes just weeks after the family moved back to England, after stepping back from their royal roles in 2020. They’d previously been living in Meghan’s home state of California for six years.
The couple is retaining their home in Montecito, as well as their vacation property in Portugal, amid the move back to the U.K., which is said to be for an extended period.
Meghan recently shared the first glimpses of her family’s latest chapter in England, posting a video on Instagram over the weekend showing her, Harry, Archie and Lilibet spending time outdoors.
The Duchess of Sussex added a Union Jack flag and a red heart emoji across the clip.
Settling the children “has been, and remains, their focus. Everything else will fall into place when the time is right,” a source close to Harry and Meghan recently told PEOPLE.
“There is a lot to do. They have just moved halfway across the world, and it’s been really busy getting the kids settled,” the source added. “Their focus has been on that, and will remain on that, for the time being. They are happy to be back.”
