(WBRE/WYOU) — Summer electric bills are about to shift across Pennsylvania, and for some small businesses, prices are climbing fast.

Experts project a jump of more than 14%, with increases also hitting UGI Electric and Penelec, while other companies like PPL and West Penn Power could see little change or slight price drops.
