After Myles Garrett was traded from the Cleveland Browns to the Los Angeles Rams on Monday, June 1, the 26-year-old Olympian showed her support for her NFL star boyfriend, 30, on social media.
Kim reposted Garrett's lengthy message to the city of Cleveland and Browns fans, in which he thanked his teammates and coaches for "letting me grow here" and "believing in" him, to her own Instagram Story after the deal was finalized on Monday. The snowboarder also showed her support when she "liked" Garrett's post.
Garrett spent nine seasons in Cleveland before the Browns traded him on Monday. "Cleveland made me tougher. You challenged me. You taught me about perseverance, about showing up even when things aren't easy, and what loyalty really looks like," Garrett wrote in his letter to Cleveland.
"What I can say with complete honesty is this: I gave this city everything I had. I suited up and wore those colors with pride, and I don't regret a second of being part of this storied franchise," Garrett continued.
"Every Sunday. Every offseason. Every play. Every down. Every moment. You gave me more in return that I can ever repay," he wrote.
Garrett and Kim were first romantically linked in May 2025 when they attended the Crunchyroll Anime Awards together in Japan. That same August, Kim visited Garrett at training camp and shared videos of herself cheering him on via her Instagram Stories.

The pair confirmed their relationship in November 2025, when Kim supported him as the Browns played the Las Vegas Raiders. In February 2026, Garrett traveled to Italy to cheer on Kim at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
In March, Kim revealed that she was introduced to Garrett by her physical therapist after complaining about dating.
"I was like, 'I can't date anymore, like, I'm done, I'm just gonna be single forever.' I was being so dramatic," she shared on the Not Skinny But Not Fatpodcast. "I was like, 'I'm gonna get a sperm donor. I don't need a man.' "

She wasn't familiar with the NFL star then, but agreed to "talk to him" because she was "bored in Aspen" at the time.
"Myles was in Cabo on vacation," Kim recalled of her first FaceTime with her now beau. "It was so quick, like, 'Hey, what's up?' " Kim shared, describing the first conversation as "super small talk."
Kim said the couple texted each other "every day" after that first FaceTime.
